Knowledge Wave International (KWI) respects your privacy choices. If you give us personal information, we will treat it with the utmost respect, according to this policy. KWI encourages you to read this privacy policy and those of all web sites you visit.
Knowledge Wave International follows the seven guiding principles of the EU’s Safe Harbor Framework:
1. Notice: We will always tell you exactly why we are requesting any personal information and we will only use that information for the stated purpose(s). If we are performing a survey for a sponsoring organization you will always have the option to not provide the information or to not participate in the survey. If you have any questions about these requests, you should contact us at support@knowledge-wave.com or the sponsoring organization of the survey.
2. Choice: For KWI clients, your information and data is always your information and data. We do use it for any purpose other than what you explicitly authorize in a signed and legal Agreement. If you are participating in a survey and do not wish your information to be shared with the sponsoring organization, you will always have the option to not provide the information or to not participate in the survey.
3. Onward Transfer: We do not provide any client information or data to any entity other than the client.
4. Access: KWI clients always have access to their data through a variety of reporting tools, depending on the terms and conditions of project. If you wish to access information you provided in a survey, please contact the sponsoring organization for that survey.
5. Security: KWI employs every possible strategy to safeguard the data of our clients and their customers. From physical and network security to power and hardware redundancy to corporate training, processes, and audits.
6. Data Integrity: KWI works closely with our clients to ensure that any customer information they provide to us is valid and reliable. We also employ a number of data validation strategies to ensure that information provided by survey participants meets the parameters of the survey. That being said, KWI cannot guarantee the integrity of data provided to by clients or survey participants. Any questions or concerns about the integrity of any personal information can be addressed to support@knowledge-wave.com or to the sponsoring organization of the survey.
7. Enforcement: If you have questions or concerns about KWI’s privacy policy, we encourage you to contact us at support@knowledge-wave.com. You are also encouraged to contact a survey’s sponsoring organization or the appropriate regulatory body for the country in which you live.
Types and uses of personal information
KWI will use personal information you provide us in the following ways:

Account Data | We use Account Information speed up and make more valuable your visit to our Site. Examples include: How to contact you, shipping information, language preference, and email format. |

EMail Correspondence | We use EMail to raise and respond to issues and inquiries of all types. We will also use EMail to distribute information about KWI offerings if you explicitly opt-in to receiving such information. |
Transactions | We use information about purchases you make to ensure that we deliver the requested offering on time. |
We will not change the way we use your personal information or that of your company without your consent.
Security Measures
We take appropriate measures to protect the personal information you share with us. For example: If you make a purchase or register for a course online, we will encrypt you credit card number. Further, we restrict access to your personal information to KWI employees and authorized third-parties who need the information to perform their jobs. We do not otherwise share your personal information unless you have granted us permission to do so.

We may provide some links to third party websites. KWI does not control those sites. We strongly encourage you to read the Privacy Policies of all websites you visit on the Internet.
Children’s Privacy
Knowledge Wave International does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that we have been given personal information for a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will immediately delete that information from all KWI systems. KWI encourages parents to go online with their children and to teach them safe measures. Here are a few tips to help make your child’s online experience safer:
 | Teach your child to never give personal information online, except when supervised by you or a responsible adult. This includes such things as: Name, address, phone number, email address, and school. |

KWI forums are public. Please consider this before posting any message.

We may process or store your personal information and that of your company in our databases located in the United States.
